Removal Procedure

Important: The thermostat is not serviceable separately. The thermostat housing (water pump inlet) and thermostat must be replaced as an assembly.
Remove the radiator outlet hose.
Remove the water pump inlet bolts.
Remove the water pump inlet from the water pump.
