How do I change the speakers in the front doors of my car?

I blew the speakers in the front doors of my Taurus and I want to change them, but I don't want to start something that is too big for me to handle.

the door panel has to come off, enclosed is where the screws are for the panel then clips hold it on andyou'll have to pull it off then 4 screws for the speaker. pic enclosed for both
