Hello, my Ford KA has recently started making a squealing noise when i first start the car and it is Idle.

I believe the noise to be coming from the belt in front of the drivers seat (right hand drive). I read online to apply a little water to the belt and see if this stop the problem, this worked briefly but the noise soon returned. Can you please help me to diagnose the possible problem and possible cost? Thanks for you time.
