2004 Ford F-250 Battery charge

I was wondering if I could charge a marine AGM battery using jumper cables from my car battery while it's running? How would I not overcharge it? I Need to be able to charge the marine without another source of power. It's for a camper van power system.

Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't advise it. You alternator is not designed to charge even one totally dead battery, never mind 2 at a time. There is a high likelihood of ruining your alternator.
