Car stalls at stop lights... Check engine light is on... Autozone and oreillys says its the idle air control valve. Ford says my car doesnt have iac valve. What could the issue be

try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner. if it continues check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.
