I am attaching the info on the battery relay.
However, I don't think this is the issue. It could be related but what is happening is there is a component that is remaining on that is draining the battery.
This is called a parasitic draw.
So, the way we figure this out is we need to monitor the draw on the battery. This is done by checking the amperage on the negative battery cable. Then you start removing fuses until you see the amperage drop.
The relay that you are asking about is simply used by dealers so that they can leave the vehicle on the lot for long periods of time and the battery doesn't drain. This relay just ties a lot of the accessory items like the radio and lights together.
