Radio and odometer remain on?

After turning off the engine, radio and the odometer are still on. Besides the interior light does not come on when the key is removed. Please Help

It sounds like the GEM needs to checked. So how comfortable are you with doing some testing with a digital multi meter?

the test was done with autel scanner and GEM module was ok.

Have you fixed it yet? There is a time delay relay that will keep some things on after the key is off till you open the door the radio is one of those things. Sorry for the delay have been having real internet problems Verizon keeps telling me they will get it fixed.
