The dash lights and running lights are not working

I have the van listed above E250 and the dash illumination and night time running lamps don’t work. My headlights and brake lights still work.

I believe I’ve checked all fuses that look like they might power dash illumination and running lamps. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

We need to check fuse #F2.10 in the interior fuse panel behind the left side of dash. this guide can help with the fuse locations in the diagrams below:
