Ford Expedition Air Suspension

I took my 2004 Ford Expedition in for new tires they forgot to turn off air suspension. Now it won't air back up.

First thing to remember is that these air suspensions are very sensitive, that's why I always recommend people turning them off before allowing the shop to pull the car in. There are height sensors on the air ride system and if the system is not disabled, they will go out of calibration. Only the dealership, that I know of, can reprogram these. It's quite pricey too. I would take it up with the service manager in the shop you took it to. In most states, they are responsible for repairing it at no charge. Don't let them bully you either, they become very defensive when their shop screws up, typically. Good luck.
