Either a warped rotor or one of the front brakes is sticking. After the brakes are warmed up, park on a slight incline and shift to neutral. The car should creep downhill on its own when you release the brake pedal. You should also be able to push the car by hand on a flat road. If it doesn't move, feel if one of the front brakes is hot. If you find one that is hot, suspect a sticking caliper due to a constricted rubber hose. Look for a metal bracket crimped around the center of the hose. Rust builds up inside that crimp and prevents the brake fluid from releasing. Use a large channel lock pliers to peel that crimp open just a little to let the fluid release properly.
