I am having rough idle, causing cylinder 3 miss fire (p0303). Ran through 2 tanks of seafoam I have rotated and replaced the spark plugs and wires. Replace fuel injector on #3 cylinder, ignition pack, throttle position sensor, throttle control sensor. the mechanic did not find any vacume leaks or issues with the O2 sensors.

Check cylinder #3 compression if its within specs

How about the crankshaft positioning sensor? if not have it checked out-

there are three pins
from 1 to 3 open on the ohm meter
from 2 to 3 3.3 on the ohm meter
from 1 to 2 is 18.2 on the ohm meter.
Is there another way to test?

I found a cracked PCV hose connecting to the top the intake manifold. Just received part, replaced both the hose and PCV valve. The idle is much much better. Finally somthing in the right direction. I am still getting P0303 error at idle and while driving. Granted it is not as often but is still there. The idle starts around 1100 RPM and drifts its way down to about 600 RPM. At 600 to 700 RPM area is where I am getting the p0303 and rougher idle. I did notice while at idle, the car scanner shows the voltage of the O2 (1) sensors is up and down while the second is staying constant. Not sure if that is the way it should be.
