It sounds like you could have two problems. The vibration could be from bad motor mounts. If this is true you must replace all the moutns including the transmission mount at the same time or the new mounts will get destryed if only one or two are replaced.
As far as the loss of power I reccomend getting the trouble codes pulled. Any Advance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free.
