windows and top will nott work

I disconnected and reconnected the battery, now the windows will not roll down, and the convertible top will not go down. Replaced the 20V fuse, still nothing. Please advise.

It sounds like you have a 20 amp circuit breaker that has gone out. Here is a guide so you can check for power:
