HOW DO YOU CHECK A CHRYSLER STARTER IF ITS GOOD

Bring it in and get it load tested-or if it can crank engine for 10secs w/o dragging/slipping its fine-or short out the solenoid if it cranks engine over the problem is coming from somewhere else-
