the fog lights on my chrysler neon wont come on,i noticed the fuse was missing but when h did replace the fuse a warning light comes on,i think the relay might be faulty,where can i locate the relay.thanks

Which fuse are you talking about? What does the warning lamp say. Check for applicable trouble codes, if any?

Did you look at the diagram I posted? What is amp rating for fuse. Is there a label on fuse box lid.

The diagram I posted was interior fuse box.
