reset a/c after battery replacment

I am going to replace the battery in my 2004 tahoe today.Is there any procedure to reset the auto a/c afterwords.

It will recalibrate the blend doors as soon as you turn the key on after disconnecting the battery. Many times though there will be an issue with the door getting jammed at one end or the other. It happens to my own truck every time the battery is disconnected.
