take the headlight out first then the signal /foglight
If it's part of the grill remove the panel on top of the grill, -9 push pins and a couple of bolts, take the grillboltsout and squeeze the clips from behind to pull the grill out.

I am working with the right front assembly. I am able to get the clip out on the right front quarter panel, the left portion, closest to the Grill remains "hung up". I will try removing the Grill as you indicated. Any particular tool required to remove the "9 push pins"?

I'm sorry i have screwed up. I kept thinking it was a pickup, not a tahoe. Ive included pics. you shold be able to get teh fog light out from the bottom. you may have push pins on a panel to remove or you may need to take teh ones out from teh wheel liner and move it out of the way, there may be a few boltsas well to take out farther up the liner. sorry again if i put you through any extra work.

What is the best way to remove "push pins" without ruining them? Do you have a suggestion on the best place to purchase genuine GM parts online??
