timing chain

I was told the timing chain tensioner sumthin broke & shoved a piston thru the lifters? Can sum1 please tell me what this is what shuld i do & if its worth saving please.

most likely will need a motor either new or used. it would not pay to fix this unit. get bids on rebuilt and used motors
