2004 Chevrolet Impala Intermittant Idle problem

I have had an electric motor in throttle body changed , U rubber vacumn line replaced on throttle body I still have problem not all the time Car idles at approx.50mph. Check engine light car stays on. At times when I start car engine idles fast but when I shut off car and restart car idle comes on at normal speed, But this only works. sometimes.This started approx 1 1/2 year ago. we do not make phone calls. try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. make sure all duct work leading to engine form air cleaner has no holes in it. check for a vacuum leak, then finally have it scanned for codes see what the code is.get back to us with code
