Does the engine spin over when the key is turned to START?

Is the security light on or flashing when you attempt to start the engine? (to reset the security system; put key in the on position for 10 minutes do this 3 times without starting car then start it)
hopefully this is all there is to your problem.

check for power and ground at BCM.
