My 2004 has no power whatsoever except for a check engine light any ideas?

The check engine light had been on for a knock sensor but was still running fine. I drove the truck almost three weeks ago and it has been sitting there since. I went to go start it today and nothing but a dim check engine light so I put the battery on a charge all day but it was fully charged. I checked all fuses and they are all fine.
