took 2004 to mechianic says my bulds are blowing and flickering because of electrical wiring and the cd player stop working

Not real clear on the condition you are describing. If the CD player is inoperative, or displaying error messages, then it is probably faulty. You can either opt to have the unit factory serviced/exchanged, or replace with aftermarket.
