HVAC relay or ignition three relay location

The air stopped blowing out of the vents of my car and I was advised that I needed a HVAC relay replacement or ignition three relay. This part is located somewhere behind the dashboard. The part itself was less than $10.00 how much labor is involved in replacing this part?

you must have talked to an auto parts guy. try pulling your fuse for HVAC inside truck with key on for sixty seconds it may reset the actuators. if he was talking about blower relay that is under hood fuse box as well as fuse for it.
