2004 Buick Rainier, sometimes the air wont blow out the dash vents, just the floor & defrost, it gets stuck or something, any suggestions?

There is an electric actuator under the dash on the driver's side. You might be able to lube up the linkage or it may need a new actuator. Don't separate the actuator from the assembly or you will never get it back together again.
