my car doors will not unlock in the rear of my car from the inside or the out .... and would like too know where the fuse box is located on this car? thank you your help

Ac does not turn on. Is Blowing air, No Compressor Click when turn on, underhood fuses and relays good, but can't find under dash fuse panel to check status of the AC fuse there. Removed the hush panel on the driver side and a panel on passenger side. Where ever it is, It should not be this difficult to access. Have checked rear seat fuse panel too.
