front drivers side floor is wet

I have a 2004 Buick LeSabre. The front drivers side floor is wet. I had the door seal replaced now I noticed the rear floor is wet as well. This has happened before but resolved on it's own. It happens only in the winter (I think).Thank you

Today I noticed it is the back as well as the front.
