when i brake as i turn my wheel, i hear a low groaning noise that increases as i continue to press the break, i just put new pads and feel that when the tire is off, the pads are a little loose but they are clipped in. they didnt have this problem before i changed my breaks and the only things i touched were the pads, pad mounts and the piston. what could be making this noise? this is not a squeaking shreiking or bumping noise, low moan,

See if your brake hoses are rubbing on the tires if you looped the the brake hose wrong that could be happening.

i looked at the hose today and the one on the driver side is rubbing and the in the middle of the braket that holds it in place and the bolt that holds it to the back of the caliper. i know for sure that this is burning when it gets to rubbing up against the the back of whatever drops down that the axle is inside of. the passenger side is perfectly fine(no hose problems). my only question is how could the hose be grabbing if i didnt move the hose, i can undestand if when i took the caliper off and manuvered it to let it sit somewhere while i was changing the pads that the hose might have moved but its not rubbing the tires and i cannot reroute the hose because it is too stiff to move in any other direction

You will have to unbolt the caliper and twist the hose around and set the caliper in place.You will have to keep doing that until the hose is routed correctly.Sometimes when you unbolt the caliper the hose gets twisted around in a way that will cause the hose to rub.

Now would this make a moaning noise or could that be something else???, because i know that the hose is being melted somewhere however, im not sure if that would be making the noise, i have read that the brakes might need to be bled in order for the amount of pressure put on certain brakes is able to be sustained properly and which is why when turning and braking simultaneously makes the moaning noise because more pressure is on either the right or left side when turning. I have also heard this could be the bearings and should change the hub, however the threads dont move with the tire on and the car jacked up and where never a problem before. by the way, i appreciate your anwsers, they have been the best and most knowledgable from all that i have heard and researched.

Your welcome that's what were here for.It could make a moaning noise it makes the most sense you said the noise wasn't there before you changed the brakes.I think you would have noticed the hose rubbing when you changed the brakes.There is no need to bleed the brakes unless you opened the closed brake system somewhere.When you have a failing front wheel bearing usually it will make a grinding noise while driving straight then when you turn left or right depending which side is failing the noise will get quieter or go away.Lets do this straighten out the rubbing hose make sure nothing else is rubbing like the brake pad shims against the rotors etc.Then take it for a test drive and let me know how it sound's.
