I was in the process of changing left rear door handle I opened the door and I noticed a very small lever on the door next to the door latch I pushed it down and shut the door now I can't get the door open to fix the outside door handle. Do you have any suggestions?

You will need to remove the door panel to access the inner workings of the door latch.
