The fuel filter is located underneath the vehicle, along the frame rail, covered by the left under body cover.

The fuel filter is located just under the intake manifold, the pump lives inside the fuel tank and the fuses are under the hood in a plastic box on the left side, the legend will tell you where in the box they are.
