Hi, I have a BMW 3 series 320 d, 2004 model car. The engine management light comes on when driving on the motorway at around 70 miles an hour. It then stays on for a few days after and then switches itself off. The trigger is almost always hitting around 70mph, any ideas on what the problem could be? Thank you for your time.
