both the a/c fan and the radiator fan run when the car is turned off.

We tried taking the fuse out and the fans still run. It turns off when the car is started.

Have the ignition switch checked. It sounds like there is a short there.

We disconnected the ignition as well as the fan fuse and relay. It still ran and only cut off when the key turned on.
