my 04 acura tsx wont start i have all electrical still but will not turn over. what is wrong?

Is the starter engaging? If so, check to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine. If the starter isn't working, check for power to the smaller wire on the starter while a helper turns the key to the start position. If there is power, the starter is most likely the problem.
