2004 Acura Tsx

I have a 2004 Acura Tsx. I purchased a brand new battery 1 day ago as i thought the problem im about to mention was due to a dead battery or weak battery. Anyway, I can jump start the car but once i do the EPS,ABS lights illuminate and the vehicle starts to splutter and it wont take gear and eventually splutters right until it cuts off and vehicle cant start again unless i jump start it again and then the process repeats itself. Also the dash lights flutters and it freaks out.
