code on the gear 64-02(incorrect 2nd gear ratio)and sometimes if I want to move the jeep is somehow sluggish, which you have to accelerate more, could u give me advise on it.Thanks.

That code is indicating there is slippage in that gear and you are likely looking at a rebuild. The longer you drive it that way, the more damage will be done.
