where is the battery located in a 2003 passat v6?

Removing
Open front hood and remove cowl panel.
Slide battery cover -1- in direction of -arrow A- and remove.
Remove rubber seal -2- in direction of -arrow B-.
Pull cover -3- forward and remove.
Disconnect negative GND terminal -arrow- from battery negative (-) post.
Then disconnect positive B+ terminal from battery positive (+) post.
Removing

Pull cover -3- forward and remove.
Disconnect negative GND terminal -arrow- from battery negative (-) post.
Then disconnect positive B+ terminal from battery positive (+) post.
