2003 passat changed heater core. then car would not start. p0600 on scanner. any ideas??

The ECM did not detect communication between modules
Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
Possible Causes
- ECM Harness
- ECM connectors
- Low battery voltage
- Faulty ECM
Check you harness for any problems and check connectors to be sure they look good. This could be the easiest find. Then check your battery voltage and if it is good that only leaves a faulty ECM as the problem.
