Hi, auxilary fan on my 2003 Vw jetta gls 2.0 have stopped working. However, the bigger fan (driver side fan) does work. A/c is working but faintly and blows sort of cold air only when ran at high speed but this is caused by the blown auxilary fan i suppose. I have noticed that the a/c clutch engages. i havent have the car overheating problem. I've checked fuses they seem to work fine, so i'm guessing its not the fuse. I'm very new at DIY thread. Can, you please help me sort out what could be the problem.

we can start by disconnecting the plug then and check if you have 12 V
