My vectra 52 plate I have noticed that when I pull the washer stalk to activate washers there is nothing no noise of pump either nor does the wipers move when I pull the stalk. I've checked the fuse its ok water is full as well also my wipers is stuck at one speed on intermittent and medium but fast setting doesn't work and when I turn them off wipers stop mid way up screen could it be the cim part behind the steering wheel as my hand controls don't work either can anyone help please
