hilux 2.0 2003 keep on idling for seconds when changing gears or stepping on clutch preparing to stop

Its making sound as if revving or im accelerating as the same time engaging the clutch. This happens for some few seconds before it can be to normal.

Check for vacuum leaks.
Check for trouble codes.
Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.
