what happen if car ac compressor control valve was broken or clogged

The compressor and pressure in the system would not be to specificstions and result in cooling efficiency problem.

what do you mean compressor will not cool or the compressor will not give me the correct psi

If the control valve is not working, the compressor would not work correctly.
