the check engine light is coming but water and oil is there. we have tried to diagnosed but no fault was indicated. what can we do?

I have seen oxygen sensors do this. Please run down this guide and report back.

Check engine light comes on after some time of driving, I found out by the guide the primary oxygen sensor heater went out I replaced it using this guide.

yes but if its not scanned you don't know what it is
