2003 toyota avalon xls with 97758 miles. Stopped at red light, when light turned green stepped on gas and car would not move forward. Checked to make sure did not shift to neutral or park. Car was definitely in drive but car did not move, finally after stepping on gas for a couple of seconds the car finally drove forward but was slow to pick up speed and just did not feel smooth.
I have kept my toyota current will all required maintenance appointments at the suggested milage levels since the first day I purchased the car new off the lot on March 23, 2003.
