i dont know why this site doesnt have answers, however, i am providing answer for this question.
the round yellow indicator is to indicate that you have a starter problem.
engines starts those cranking push to the engine by the starter or rather a motor sort of thing.
with time after numerous starts, the carbon brushes used in the starter motor start to wither out out.
do not go to service centre, they will replace the starter costing around 10,000 to 15,000 INR.

Instead go to any electrical Auto shop and ask him to repair the starter, cost in INR 450 maximum.
