Is it possible that all 6 fuel injectors go bad on a 2003 Saturn vue 6 cyl 3.0

No. GM has a lot of trouble caused by grabbing a handful of injectors out of the bin and throwing them in an engine. They are not flow-matched and can cause one cylinder to run a little lean compared to the rest. The oxygen sensor will detect that and the Engine Computer will respond by requesting ALL of the injectors to spray more fuel. On higher-mileage engines that can show up as a misfire. Chrysler, and most likely most other companies, buy their injectors in matched sets so they don't have that problem. GM also has more injectors that become partially shorted so resistance measurements are useful in diagnostics. Injector failure on a Chrysler product is almost unheard of, but even on GM products, it's real unlikely to have all of them fail at once. However, the cure for the mismatched flow rates is to install a complete set of rebuilt injectors. Many GM owners say their engines never ran so smoothly as when the new set was installed.

Just to add to this one i have never seen all 6 injectors go bad at the same time or miss matched flow injectors cause a problem.What is actually happening with the engine that is making you think bad injectors.I have seen fuel pump issues with those vues though.

Could the fuel regulator be the problem cause there's alot of fuel going thru the exhaust system that at the end of the exhaust pipe drips of gas are coming out.

You need to pull the fuel rail and investigate the injectors sounds like its leaking real bad-could be the FPR not controlling the pressure or it has an excessive pressure due to clogged return line-triple check

I would check the fuel pressure to the injector rail see what the pressure is if it bleeds down.Also see if the injector pulse is good and not holding some of the injectors open.Or one injector could be just stuck causing the excessive fuel.Do you have any codes?Have you checked for codes?

Yes it's reading 7 different codes.p1780,po300,po306,po304,po302,po123,po222.

Alright have you checked the fuel pressure yet to see if it bleeds down?If not you need to do that they rent fuel pressure gauges at auto zone.

The code P0123 is for throttle postion sensor number 1 circuit high voltage and P0222 is for throttle position sensor number 2 circuit low voltage.Those are the two codes i would start with do you have a scanner that can read live data on your vue to show throttle position sensor voltage on the two sensors etc?Also a multimeter jumper leads fuses etc to start to diagnose these codes?I would inspect the connector to the throttle body also looking for chewed wires etc.
