saturn parts

2003 SATURN VUE

My husband is trying to find a differential bearing for a 2003 Saturn
Vue. The Cadillac dealer in our area (San Jose CA) says that we have to buy the whole piece for $2800. Any better suggestions? Does anyone else still sell Saturn parts?

My advise here might as well just buy a transmission from a junkyard which will be cheaper

Just to add to this one what bearing are you talking about?If its in the transmission what are the symptoms?Also do you have 4cyl or 6cyl?Is it a automatic or manual transmission?
