My renault megane 2003 1.9dci has a fault on dash which says steering fault. There is power steering fluid in its reservoir. The garage has put it on diagnostic and it is saying its the "body computer" that controls power steering.I have enquired at renault dealership however they are saying £800 for part only.
Please can you advise the best solution if this computer can be repaired and how much is it likely to cost.
