Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.
Remove the starter motor electrical connector from the starter solenoid.
Remove the retaining nut and the positive (+) battery cable from the starter solenoid.
Remove the upper mounting bolt (1).
Remove the lower mounting bolt (2) and the starter motor from the vehicle.
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.
Remove the starter motor electrical connector from the starter solenoid.
Remove the retaining nut and the positive (+) battery cable from the starter solenoid.
Remove the upper mounting bolt (1).
Remove the lower mounting bolt (2) and the starter motor from the vehicle.
