Hi fellas im having a problem with a no start on this car. The relay clicks, the neutral safty switch has power to the yellow wire (12v)with the key in the start position when unpuged but when I plug the wire in it no longer has power to the wire. The purple wire has no power out of the switch. I cut the purple wire and then had power all the way down to the splice,so I ran a jumper wire from their to the starter. Still nothing..so I un hooked the jumper from the starter and had power to my test light but it losses power when connected to the starter. I can jumper the starter strait from the battery and it will crank..

Sounds like the starter may be shorted out. Try using a jumper wire to supply power to the small terminal of the starter and see if it cranks then.

I can jumper the starter from the battery and the car starts up. The yellow wire going to the neutral safty switch has 12 volts when unpuged then loses power when connected to the starter

Try running your jumper wire to that yellow wire and see what happens.

Still nothing. The yellow wire will hold 12volt until I connect it to the little starter wire then its like someone shuts the key off...even with one end of the yellow wire connected to a test light the light goes off when I ground the wire.

Did you jump a separate jumper wire with power to the yellow wire as I asked you to?

If that's the case your problem is in the ignition switch or the power supply to it. Take that same jumper wire with power and jump it to the red with white wire at the ignition switch and see if turning the switch engages the starter. If it does in that test, the problem is the incoming power to the switch. If not, the problem is in the switch or it's connection.

PS, there is no relay in this circuit so whatever you are hearing is unrelated.
