tc light problem and gearbox ?

i have tc light showing ,, when i start the car the that light is not showing but after one minute the tc light on ,, when the light is one the car is vary Heavy it will not run fast in the D drive i have to drive in the 1st thats the time the car run fast and its not going in the R fast its vary slow
i have change the gearbox computer but still the same problem
