speedometer started going up and down by itself

i have a 2003 Alero Oldsmobile,yesterday the speedometer started going up and down by itself and the car feels like it doesn't want to drive properly.the car also buck from time to time if u drive faster than 30 mph,,any help because I'm lost and worried.
